Return and Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Custom Pieces Because each item is crafted specifically for you based on your selection (OG, OG Flip, Busy Bee, or Private Label), all custom orders are final sale once production begins.

Private Label (Custom Uploads) We want your custom gear to look incredible! To get the best result, we recommend uploading a high-resolution file (300 DPI is the sweet spot). If your image looks like it might print blurry or pixelated, we’ll reach out by the next business day to help you fix it. Please note that if you decide to proceed with an image against our quality suggestions, we can't be responsible for the final print result. By uploading, you’re also confirming you have the right to use the image.

Issues & Defects If there’s a manufacturer defect, an error in print placement on our end, or a garment defect, please contact us at info@mustbeniceclothing.ca within 7 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the issue so we can start a review for a replacement.

Sizing Issues Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. Since everything is made specifically for you, exchanges for sizing are handled case-by-case and may require a reproduction fee.

Order Changes & Cancellations You may request changes or cancellations before production begins. Once your item has entered the printing stage, cancellations are no longer possible.
