Shipping Destinations We ship within Canada and to international destinations worldwide via Purolator.

Processing Time All pieces are made-to-order. Production begins after your design details are confirmed.

• Production Timeline: 3–7 business days, plus transit time.

Shipping Rates Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Free shipping promotions may be offered on specific collections or order minimums.

International Orders (EU & Worldwide) International orders may be subject to local VAT, import duties, and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Tracking All orders include tracking. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link.

Delays & Responsibility Once your order is handed to the carrier, transit delays are outside our control. Lost or stolen packages must be claimed with the carrier; however, we will assist where possible.

Local Delivery & Pickup Local delivery within the GTA is available for eligible orders. Select this option at checkout if available for your address. Local pickup may be offered at select times.
